Sensory Images
The above image is an image depicting the sensory experience of shaving your legs. The image conveys confinement by containing the central mist of the image. The mist is to convey how lightly the taste of something is, while combined with the bubble look of the image insists that the viewer think about how lightly and stingy a bubble tastes when you eat it. The confinement also helps to convey the taste and touch of the steam of the shower by showing that it is filling and makes new air difficult to take in.
The above image conveys the experience of greeting a friend. It is showing the comforting and protective smell whilst also showing that the sound being liquidy. It also shows how the greeting experience was squishy yet solid.
The above image is to convey the sensory experience had while making toast. I wanted to convey that it was fresh smelling and sounded quite silky. I felt that grass blades were an accurate portrayal of fresh and silky. They also help to show that the texture of the bread was freckly as they force the viewer to ponder the texture of what appears to be holding the grass.
Images that were modified and adapted to convey sensory experience:
StellaJo is the author of the original bubble picture.
Pandu Adnyana is the author of the original silhouette image.
David Simonetti is the author of the original water drops image.
