Auto-Ethnography

I have decided for my auto-ethnographies I will look at shaving my legs, making toast and greeting a friend. These are all very common every day activities that occur. While I do not shave my legs everyday it is a common occurence and something that I am highly familiar with.

It is also not a personalized activity meaning that when I do an ethnography in the next assignment it could be something I choose to watch other people do, including men as it would be interchangeable with shaving the face. Making toast and greeting a friend are both every day occurrences also and would be easily studied in the next assignment.

Im going to aim to do each activity more than once to accurately view what happens in each one, especially in terms of the senses.
